Scott Leslie Lower, age 68, passed away on March 9, 2021, at his winter home in Fort Meyers, Florida, following a brief illness.

He is survived by his wife, Gayle Cirillo-Lower of Metamora, Illinois, and by children Elizabeth and Andrew Lower of La Porte, Indiana. Also surviving is Scott's sister Amy (Gene) Zumwalt of Verona, Wisconsin.

Scott was born in Pekin, Illinois, on January 14, 1953, to Leslie Robert Lower and Glenna "Tick" Lower. Scott grew up In Pekin, Illinois, graduating from PCHS in 1971.
Scott was an accomplished percussionist in the high school and city bands. He enjoyed college sports including University of Illinois and his beloved Pittsburgh Pirates.

Scott attended Purdue and was a manufacturing engineer.
