MORTON – Steven J. Zimmerman, 72, of Morton, passed away Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Washington Senior Living in Washington, Illinois.

He was born on March 2, 1953, in Pekin, Illinois, to Harry and Marcelline (Santo) Zimmerman (Tilley).

Surviving are his siblings, Karen Zimmerman of Morton, Bradley (Robin) Zimmerman of Endive, Montana and Mark (Claire) Zimmerman of Prosper, Texas; and nieces and nephews, Mitchell, Madison, Carson and Seth.

Steven worked for Vonachen Service in Peoria for 15 years, retiring in 2018.

He was an avid follower of Christ and enjoyed reading the Bible.

Cremation rites have been accorded.
