Todd M. Thrall, 68, of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away at 2:30 a.m. Sunday, May 24, 2020 at BJC Hospice Evelyn’s House in Creve Coeur, Missouri. He was formerly of Pekin.
Born April 22, 1952 in Pekin, he was the son of Victor W. and Donna M. (Brown) Thrall, Jr. His parents preceded him in death. He also was preceded in death by his sister, Sheri Billerbeck.
Surviving are four nephews, Barry Waldren, Ryan Butler, Chad Billerbeck and Trent Billerbeck. He also leaves many dear friend in St. Louis and in the Pekin area.
Todd attended Ohio Tech and Midstate College. He was the first manager of the Pekin Cinemas when it opened in the Pekin Mall. He was later in theater and hotel management in Texas, California and Iowa. He also had worked as a self-employed electrician in Pekin.
He was a former member of Grace United Methodist Church in Pekin.
Private graveside services will be held in Meadow Lawn Cemetery in Manito. Pastor Eric N. Swanson will officiate. Arrangements have been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
